Chef Alyssa ("Chef Lyss") is the creative engine behind our menus. With 20 years of professional culinary experience, she specializes in crafting dishes that are both elevated and approachable, always made with fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavor.
From her signature sauces and perfectly grilled proteins to beautifully presented spreads, Chef Lyss takes pride in turning every meal into a memorable experience.
Jolene Ayala, co-owner and coordinator at heart, ensures that every detail is thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed.
With over 15 years of management, event planning, and client coordination experience, she works side by side with every client from the first inquiry to the last guest served — making sure your vision comes to life seamlessly and nothing is ever overlooked.
Together, as wives, co-owners, and mothers, Alyssa and Jolene have poured their family values into everything they do.
Based in the Elk Grove area, their business reflects their roots: inclusive, welcoming, and dedicated to creating a space where everyone feels celebrated.
They believe food should not only taste incredible — it should bring comfort, joy, and connection to every table.
With their three boys as daily inspiration, Alyssa and Jolene built AnyThyme Catering to serve weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and community events with care, creativity, and a deeply personal touch.
